Futurist Book

What are the “Five Technologies Shaping the Post-Pandemic Future of Food” and how can they change the global food system? Those are the questions I consider as a contributing author to the new futurist book from Fast Future Publishing, Aftershocks and Opportunities 2: Navigating the Next Horizon.

Prior to the pandemic I believed that five technologies were fundamentally shaping the future of food. In my chapter I explore how these five technologies continue to shape the post-pandemic future of food and the opportunities they present.

Book overview
